Service Delivery Policy

Ranjani Shetty provides digital services only. Nothing is physically shipped.

Coaching sessions

Sessions are held online on Google Meet (or Zoom if agreed).
After payment you book a time on my calendar and receive a confirmation email with the meeting link straight away.
Sessions are usually available within 7 days of booking.
The session recording, your prompts and a one-page plan are emailed within 2 working days after the session.

Team workshops are delivered online, or in person in Bengaluru, on the date agreed in the proposal.

AI agents, automations, websites and apps are delivered online (shared access, files or live links) on the timeline agreed in the proposal.

All services are delivered online, so the same timelines apply worldwide. Session times are shown in your own time zone when you book.
