Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal information Ranjani Shetty collects through ranjanishetty.com and my services, and how it is used. I follow India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

What I collect

• Bookings: your name, email and the answers you give when booking through Calendly.
• Payments: your name, email, phone and payment status. Card, UPI and bank details are handled by Razorpay or PayPal. I never see or store them.
• WhatsApp and email: the messages you send me.

How I use it

• To reply to you, deliver the service you asked for, and send invoices.
• I do not sell or rent your data to anyone.

Tools that process your data

Netlify (website hosting), Calendly (bookings), Razorpay and PayPal (payments), Gmail and Google Meet (email and sessions), and WhatsApp Business (chat). Each has its own privacy policy.

How long I keep it

I keep enquiries and client records for as long as needed to provide the service and meet tax and legal requirements, then delete them.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw your consent, at any time by emailing ranjanicshetty@gmail.com. I will respond within 30 days.

Cookies

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. The payment and booking tools may set their own cookies when you use them.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date.
