Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to all coaching sessions, workshops and services booked with Ranjani Shetty, for clients in India and internationally.

Refunds

All payments are non-refundable. Any exception is at my sole discretion and decided case by case.

Rescheduling a session

• You can reschedule a paid session once, free of charge, if you tell me at least 24 hours before the session starts.
• To reschedule, use the reschedule link in your Calendly confirmation email, or message me on WhatsApp or email.
• The new session must take place within 30 days of the original date.

Late cancellations and no-shows

If you cancel less than 24 hours before the session, or do not join within 15 minutes of the start time, the session is treated as completed.

If I need to reschedule

If I have to move a session, I will tell you as early as possible and you can pick any new available time. If no new time works for you, you will receive a full refund.

Projects and workshops

For build projects and team workshops, payment milestones and any cancellation terms are set out in the written proposal agreed before work starts.
