Terms & Conditions

These terms apply when you book, buy or use any service from Ranjani Shetty ("I", "me") through ranjanishetty.com, WhatsApp, email or social media. By paying for or booking a service, you agree to these terms.

1. Services

I offer AI consulting, AI workflow audits, building AI agents, automations, websites and apps, AI video content, 1:1 AI coaching and team workshops. What is included in a project is agreed in writing (by email, WhatsApp or a proposal) before work starts.

2. Bookings and payment

• Coaching sessions are paid in full before the session is confirmed.
• For build projects and workshops, the payment schedule is set in the proposal. Usually 50% is paid upfront and 50% on delivery.
• Payments are processed securely by Razorpay (and PayPal for some international payments). Prices are shown in Indian Rupees unless stated otherwise. Taxes apply where required by law.

3. Rescheduling and refunds

Please read the Refund & Cancellation Policy. In short: payments are non-refundable, and you can reschedule a session once.

4. Your responsibilities

• Share accurate information and the access needed for the work (for example, logins you choose to share for a build).
• Use the tools, prompts and automations delivered to you lawfully and responsibly.
• You are responsible for the accounts, subscriptions and usage costs of third-party tools (for example OpenAI, n8n or Retell AI) used in your systems, unless agreed otherwise.

5. Results

I will always do my best work. AI tools can make mistakes, and results such as follower growth, leads or sales depend on many factors outside my control, so I cannot guarantee specific outcomes. Past client results are examples, not promises.

6. Intellectual property

Once paid in full, you own the deliverables made specifically for you (for example your website content, workflows and prompts). I may reuse general methods, templates and know-how, and I may mention the project in my portfolio unless you ask me not to. Coaching recordings and materials are for your personal use only.

7. Confidentiality

I keep your business information confidential and use it only to deliver the service.

8. Limitation of liability

My total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service concerned. I am not liable for indirect losses, or for outages or changes in third-party tools.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will first be resolved in good faith by discussion. If that fails, the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka have jurisdiction.
